What you'll do
- Source qualified IT professionals for USA-based requirements
- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation
- Explain W2 opportunities and employment terms to candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
