Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

To sell products to key customers, act as the customer's voice to all internal stakeholders, communicate qualified sales opportunities and agree on achievable delivery dates in alignment with NOV’s capacity and the customer's expectations.

What you'll do

• Keep track of client’s operations, product performance, and utilization along with client’s feedback
• Actively participate in client service quality meetings along with the technical support team
• Assist technical team with critical inputs on client’s requirement for product designing and improvement
• Work closely with the internal support team, subject matter experts, and operations team
• Monitor and communicate the status of all orders to the customer; ensure the customer's account is current and assist AR with any past due accounts
