What you'll do

• Provide end-user technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, peripheral, and collaboration technologies across a global enterprise environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, operating system
• Support endpoint lifecycle activities including device provisioning, deployment, upgrades, asset management, and retirement processes
• Participate in technology refresh initiatives, operating system migrations, and workplace technology transformation projects
• Collaborate with internal technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain a secure, reliable, and productive computing environment

What you need

• Active Directory
