Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user access, and endpoint-related issues. The role involves remote troubleshooting, ITSM/ticket management, onboarding/offboarding support, and coordination with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and excellent user experience.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 end-user support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, applications, hardware, peripherals, and common desktop issues
• Perform Active Directory administration, including user creation, password resets, account unlocks, group membership, permissions
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other Office applications, covering installation, configuration, authentication
• Manage user accounts and access, including provisioning, modification, access requests, password management
• Provide technical support for employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device/application access, configuration
