About the role

The Telecaller plays a crucial role in the organization as they are responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or donation. They are often the first point of contact between the organization and its customers, and their performance directly impacts the company's reputation and revenue.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing customers
• Promote and sell products or services over the phone
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns
