About the role

The Territory Manager is responsible for sourcing loans through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and existing channel partners, while building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. Based in Mumbai, the role involves managing a team, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels.

What you'll do

• Source and manage business through DSAs and other market channels
• Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
• Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends
• Identify evolving market dynamics and develop strategies for channel development and customer acquisition

What you need
