About the role

The Territory Manager is responsible for sourcing loans through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing Dealerships or Stores, while building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role involves managing a team, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels.

What you'll do

• Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores
• Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships
• Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections
• Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and current market trends

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Sales

• Any graduate
