About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development Intern with a strong focus on CRM management and process support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining structured workflows, and supporting business growth initiatives through organized systems. This will be a 3-month internship which can be converted to full time employment based on performance.

What you'll do

Maintain and update CRM with accurate client, studio, and project information
Track incoming inquiries and potential opportunities within the VFX pipeline
Research production houses, studios, and OTT platforms for potential collaboration
Organize and segment client data based on geography, project type, and service requirements (Roto, Paint, Comp, etc.)
Monitor communication history, follow-ups, and engagement timelines in the CRM
