Track Lead (Support & Operations)

About the role

Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, operations, risk, compliance, or transformation programmes. Consolidate updates from workstream leads, Scrum Masters, project managers, engineering teams, and third-party partners.

What you'll do

• Maintain programme governance artefacts including RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, workstream updates, and milestone plans
• Prepare weekly status packs, KPI dashboards, resource views, backlog summaries, and management reporting materials
• Track resource allocation, capacity constraints, ownership gaps, and escalation items across the programme
• Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, documenting decisions, and following up on actions
• Identify reporting inconsistencies, data gaps, delivery risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend improvements
