About the role

Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets. Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis. Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.

What you'll do

• Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis
• Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue
• Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research
• Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
• Close the ticket – per process with appropriate closing actions

What you need

• 0–6 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate
