About the role

To drive excellence in training delivery by ensuring programs are learner-centric, outcome-driven, and aligned with client expectations, while leveraging technology and GenAI to enhance learning effectiveness, engagement, and employability outcomes.

What you'll do

• Training Excellence & Program Monitoring
• Track and analyze key metrics such as learner satisfaction, dropout rates, and placement readiness
• Use dashboards, analytics tools, and GenAI insights to identify trends and improvement areas
• Conduct in-class observations and audits to ensure high-quality delivery
• Identify at-risk learners early and implement structured interventions (mentoring, peer learning, follow-ups)
