Delivers MS training content (process, procedure and services collateral) across DD India (DDI) region

Manage training logistics such as rooms, materials, invitations for effective content delivery
Manage training relationships at the supervisor and team levels, define and set training schedules, and expectations
Ensure adequate, accurate documentation is prepared and provide feedback
Communicate documentation needs / gaps to business, service, provisioning and process teams where applicable
