About the role

We are looking for a client-focused Transaction Sales Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with existing trading clients, build strong relationships and contribute to the growth and retention of our customer portfolio.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop relationships with existing trading clients
• Identify opportunities to increase trading volume, client engagement and revenue across the customer portfolio
• Work towards defined targets for client retention and account growth
• Support the onboarding of new clients onto the platform
• Act as a key point of contact for client queries and provide timely operational updates
