About the role

The Senior Treasury EAMS Analyst independently owns complex client support and operational outcomes across treasury applications and processes. The role combines domain knowledge, structured incident leadership, client communication, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement to reduce service risk and strengthen the quality of managed support.

What you'll do

• Own complex incidents and service requests from initial assessment through restoration, resolution, or effective hand-off, ensuring clear accountability throughout
• Analyze issues across treasury process, application, interface, data, scheduler, and infrastructure layers using available diagnostics, logs, and operational evidence
• Assess business impact and priority, coordinate resolver teams, manage escalations, and maintain accurate client and stakeholder communication
• Lead operational monitoring and validation activities covering payments, statements, interfaces, reconciliations, batch jobs, application availability
• Drive problem management and root cause coordination, identify recurring patterns, and translate findings into preventive actions, knowledge, automation
