About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to serve as the Delivery lead in our Banking and Capital Markets practice. This strategic role focuses on fostering seamless collaboration across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Client Engagement and Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in banking and capital markets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions, identifying client needs, pain points
• Technical Proposal Development : Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive technical proposals tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology architects, risk analysts, and compliance experts) to design innovative solutions
• Ensure proposals are technically sound, competitively priced, and aligned with industry’s best practices
