Vice President - Sales

About the role

This role is for a business builder - someone who has run a P&L inside a bank or fintech, knows how BFSI buys, and is now ready to own the revenue function at a fast-growing AI company. You will report directly to the co-founder (Growth), stay personally active in deals, and lead the sales team. The right person is equally comfortable in a CXO's office and in a pipeline review.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and grow the existing sales team while staying personally active in deals
• Build a structured, repeatable sales playbook for selling Voice AI Suite to BFSI enterprises
• Own CXO-level relationships at banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintechs
• Work directly with the co-founders to shape GTM strategy, pricing, and positioning
• Hire and onboard future sales talent as the team scales
