About the role

Every volunteer you bring in directly expands Proximity Foundation's capacity to run sessions and serve more students. You're building the human infrastructure of the program.

What you'll do

  • Identify and reach out to prospective volunteers across all open roles
  • Source mentor candidates through LinkedIn, universities, and community networks
  • Screen and interview candidates to match them to suitable roles
  • Coordinate volunteer onboarding with the Program Coordinator Lead
  • Maintain a live volunteer pipeline tracker
