• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
• Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues effectively
• Design and monitor performance management systems to drive organisational success
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations applicable in Ghaziabad and other locations
