About the role

We are hiring candidates for "Senior Process Associate"(Inbound Tech process) at Adeeba e Services. Experienced Candidate will receive inbound calls from international customer.

What you'll do

  • Provide them technical support by diagnosing the Issue and suggesting the Annual Service plans and Software. Close the sales and achieve the target
  • Loyalty Bonus Rs. 5000 every year
  • Paid leaves every year
  • 24 paid leaves+b'day leave+comp offs
  • FRESHERS AND DOMESTIC BPO EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE NOT APPLICABLE
