About the role

Document solutions and troubleshooting steps to improve future issue resolution. We're looking for someone who has: Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and workplace support. Experience resolving complex Windows device and software issues. Confidence managing support tickets and keeping accurate records.

What you'll do

Resolve complex Windows desktop and workplace system issues to minimise disruption for users
Investigate recurring device, software and access issues and identify practical fixes
Manage advanced support tickets and keep users updated until issues are closed
Maintain Windows device settings, configurations and user access in line with business needs
Work with technology teams to resolve issues that need deeper technical input
