What you'll do

• Develop and execute the South Zone sales strategy and operating plan to deliver revenue, order booking, margin and market-share targets
• Lead, coach and develop the Priority sales team; set clear goals, review performance and strengthen capability through regular field coaching and feedback
• Build a high-performance culture through clear accountability, structured operating rhythms, actionable reviews and timely support
• Drive disciplined funnel management, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy and SFDC hygiene to improve visibility, conversion and sales productivity
• Accelerate new-customer acquisition, competitive socket penetration and wallet-share growth across existing Priority accounts
