Associate Business Development Manager

As an Asscoiate Business Development Manager, you'll own a territory and drive new business growth by partnering with leading organizations across your region.

What you'll do

• Own business development for your assigned territory, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events
• Engage CHROs, HR Leaders, Rewards & Benefits Heads, DEI Leaders, Procurement teams, and other senior stakeholders through consultative sales conversations
• Conduct discovery meetings, present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities
• Deliver territory goals across seat acquisition, contract signings, revenue, and successful account activation
