What you'll do

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requisition to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioural competencies
