B2B Account Management

About the role

We're looking for a B2B Account Manager who will own and manage relationships with our business clients and partners end-to-end. This role is central to driving account growth, ensuring retention, and acting as the key point of coordination between our internal team and external partners/clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who is equally comfortable on client calls and in spreadsheets tracking account performance.

What you'll do

• Do business development for B2B customers and identify new opportunities to scale B2B business
• Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of B2B clients/partners, acting as their primary point of contact
• Drive account growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expanding the scope of existing partnerships
• Ensure high retention by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining strong satisfaction levels
• Coordinate day-to-day operations between internal teams (sales, operations, product/tech) and external clients/partners to ensure smooth execution
