About the role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Manager – North America to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our footprint within North American accounts—specifically targeting clients requiring IT Services and SAP Solutions .

What you'll do

Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market IT & SAP clients across North America
Serve as the primary point of contact during US business hours to resolve client queries, track engagement deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new project opportunities within existing accounts and target prospective clients in the region
Lead sales pitches, proposal development (RFPs/RFIs), contract negotiations, and SOW execution for IT/SAP services
Leverage deep industry awareness of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP) and IT service models (managed services, staff augmentation
