Business Development Coordinator

About the role

In this fully remote opportunity, you will play an important role in supporting business development and student application operations within an international education environment. You will act as a key point of contact for students, education agents, and internal teams, ensuring that application-related queries are handled efficiently.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to students and education agents to obtain updates on visa appointments, missing application documents, tuition fee payments, and visa outcomes
• Coordinate with the Admissions Department to obtain application status updates and ensure urgent cases are addressed and processed within the required timelines
• Manage shared Application Support Team mailboxes professionally, ensuring incoming queries are acknowledged, tracked, and resolved promptly
• Prepare, update, and distribute regular reports to relevant stakeholders, including education agents and business development representatives
• Maintain accurate records of communications, application updates, and outstanding actions to support efficient follow-up
