Business Development Executive - IT Staffing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Staff Augmentation to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT staffing/IT staff augmentation, client acquisition, lead generation, vendor management, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT Staff Augmentation and IT Staffing sector
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and online platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, CRM systems, and other lead-generation tools
• Identify and connect with direct clients, implementation partners, MSPs, and staffing vendors to generate business opportunities
• Provide customized IT staff augmentation and contract staffing solutions based on client requirements
