Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to generate qualified business opportunities and support business growth across the US market. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, with prior experience selling Product Engineering Services, Engineering Services, or Technical Staffing solutions to customers in North America.

What you'll do

• Generate qualified business opportunities across the US market
• Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, Engineering Managers, Procurement Leaders
• Schedule introductory and discovery meetings for business leadership
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Execute outbound business development campaigns through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, networking, referrals, industry databases
