About the role

We are looking for a driven and growth-focused Business Development Associate to join the FirstClub team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role for individuals who are passionate about sales, partnerships, and business expansion.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads and converting prospects into customers
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
