We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Lead to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for an innovative, AI-enabled digital healthcare solution serving ophthalmology practices across the United States. What you'll do

• Drive new customer acquisition: Build and manage a robust pipeline of premium ophthalmology practices across the United States, identifying and engaging clinic owners
• Generate qualified opportunities: Develop new business through targeted outbound prospecting, industry events, referrals, strategic partnerships
• Own the full sales cycle: Lead opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations
• Deliver consultative sales experiences: Understand healthcare practice workflows, patient acquisition challenges, and revenue objectives
• Build compelling business cases: Demonstrate product capabilities, develop ROI-focused presentations
