Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a dual role:

What you'll do

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and K-12 school partners in your region
• Conduct cold outreach, lead discovery conversations, and present tailored solutions (virtually and in person)
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Pitch to mid-to-senior HR leaders, school owners, and academic heads
• Lead proposals, follow-ups, pricing discussions, and contract closures
