About the role

We are looking for an empathetic, driven, and goal-oriented Course Counsellor to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring tech professionals, engineering freshers, and job seekers. Your primary mission will be to understand their career goals, map them to our high-demand IT training programs, and guide them toward a successful launch into the tech industry.

What you'll do

• Lead Conversion: Interact with walk-ins, inbound telephonic inquiries, and digital leads to explain course curriculum, placement opportunities, and value propositions
• Be the first point of contact for aspiring tech professionals, engineering freshers, and job seekers

What you need

• 0–3 yrs of experience
