The Engineer Technical Support - L1 will provide first-level technical support to clients and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure. What you'll do

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to hardware and software
Assist in the installation and configuration of structured cabling systems
Perform wire pulling and ensure proper cable management
Support basic firewall configurations and troubleshooting
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
