Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth by helping large organizations transform how they create, publish, and maintain product documentation. In this remote role, you will manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for developing enterprise opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering consistent sales results throughout the full sales cycle
• Build, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline through inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting into target enterprise accounts
• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to product evaluation, negotiation, and closing
• Establish and maintain relationships with technical leaders, documentation teams, and executive stakeholders
• Develop tailored account strategies based on customer priorities, business challenges, and potential use cases
