What you'll do

Own the distributor and partner strategy for India, the Middle East, and Africa, tailoring approach by sub-region and partner type while keeping one coherent plan
Recruit, onboard, and manage coverage across all partner types : distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators (regional and global), MSPs
Run a regular cadence of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with distributors and top partners, tracking commitments, pipeline health, and performance against plan
Plan and execute partner GTM events (regional roadshows, distributor summits, partner days) that generate pipeline and strengthen relationships across the territory
Own pipeline and forecast governance for the partner business, delivering accurate, timely forecasts and a clear view of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
