Founding Sales Engineer

About the role

We are hiring our first Sales Engineer to win enterprise customers for Statisfy’s AI-powered customer intelligence platform. You’ll be the technical voice in every deal: running tailored product demos, owning pilots from scoping to a signed contract, and earning the trust of technical stakeholders on the buyer side.

What you'll do

• Own Pilots & POCs: Scope pilots with clear success criteria, connect prospect data (CRM, support, product usage, communication tools)
• Technical Stakeholder Relationships: Become the trusted advisor to RevOps, IT, data and security teams. Address architecture, integration and data-privacy questions
• Partner with Sales: Co-own deal strategy with Account Executives, from discovery calls and technical qualification to proposals
• Partner with Product: Bring back field insights, competitive intel and feature requests from prospects to shape roadmap priorities
• Partner with Customer Success: Hand off won pilots cleanly, with documented requirements, configurations and success metrics, so onboarding starts fast
