Head - Business Administration, UK GCC

About the role

The Head of Business Administration – GCC will work closely with the UK Leadership Team and the UK-based Business Solutions function to lead and develop the GCC Business Solutions team. The role is accountable for ensuring the team is appropriately resourced, operates effectively, and delivers high-quality support across a portfolio of administrative, project support, and graphic services.

What you'll do

• Working in close collaboration with Senior Leadership Team members, Team Leaders and People Managers across both the UK and GCC
• Leading the day-to-day operations of the GCC Business Solutions team, ensuring effective resource planning, allocation and prioritisation to meet service demand
• Providing leadership and line management to a multi-disciplinary team including PA services, Business and Project Support, Travel and Fleet, and Graphic Design
• Driving performance through robust reporting on utilisation, service delivery and team outputs. Identifying trends
• Leading the identification and adoption of new technologies, tools and processes including automation, to enhance team efficiency
