HR Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager(Jewellery Industry)

About the role

Communication Level Tamil / English / Hindi (will be a plus)

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end statutory compliance for the organization
• Ensure compliance with all labour laws, Factory Act, LWF, ESI Act, PF Act, and related legislations
• Manage contract labour, maintain records, and coordinate with contractors for compliance
• Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closures of non-compliances
• Liaise with government departments and handle statutory inspections effectively

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Labour law
• Statutory compliance
• MIS reporting
• MBA
