What you'll do

  • ? Interview Coordination: Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth interview scheduling and timely feedback
  • Onboarding checklists, and maintaining employee records
  • ? Attendance & Leave Management: Help maintain attendance records, leave details, and employee information
  • ? Employee Coordination: Respond to routine employee queries and support internal HR communication
  • ? Follow-ups: Coordinate with candidates, employees, and department heads to ensure timely completion of HR activities
