HR Operations Executive/HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, HRIS management, stakeholder and vendor management, audit compliance, performance appraisal coordination, and HR analytics.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage pre-onboarding, onboarding, induction, and offboarding activities
• Coordinate employee joining formalities and ensure the timely completion of required documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records throughout the employee lifecycle
• Ensure pre- and post-onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies
