What you'll do

• Serve as the strategic HR partner for the assigned business unit, acting as the primary liaison for all employee-related matters, and enabling a seamless HR experience
• Champion the execution of the approved HR agenda within the business unit, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and priorities
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive manpower planning and fulfill hiring requirements in accordance with the business growth roadmap
• Translate the overall HR strategy into actionable initiatives within the business unit and ensure timely execution and monitoring of outcomes
• Lead the onboarding and induction journey for new hires, reinforcing organizational culture and ensuring effective integration into the team
