Junior Corporate Placement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Corporate Relations & Placement Manager to drive corporate engagement and placement initiatives across our academic and training programs. This role requires building and nurturing relationships with industry leaders, understanding their talent needs, and ensuring successful placement outcomes for our students and learners.

What you'll do

• Build and manage relationships with hiring partners and corporates
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and employer sessions
• Coordinate with internal teams to align placement goals
• Track job opportunities and ensure successful student placement
• Maintain placement data and recruiter feedback

What you need

• 2–3 years in human resources & recruiting
