Key Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic corporate partnerships for our preschool and daycare chain. The role is responsible for driving enrolments through nurturing corporate tie-ups, strengthening client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities for account expansion across childcare solutions.

What you'll do

• Own and manage a portfolio of assigned corporate accounts (BFSI, IT, ITES, GCCs, Manufacturing, Consulting, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with HR leaders, Admin heads, Diversity & Inclusion teams, and leadership stakeholders like CHROs , CFOs
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients
• Ensure contract compliance and service delivery excellence
• Revenue & Enrolment Growth
