About the role

Gather employee feedback and recommend improvement measures to enhance employee experience.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment databases and reports
• Ensure the completion of all onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
