About the role

Responsible for process implementation with respective team for efficient service delivery and adhering to the same. Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines. Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management

What you'll do

Manage a practice specific team and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients
Responsible for process implementation with respective team for efficient service delivery and adhering to the same
Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines
Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management
