Learning & Development Administrator

About the role

This role ensures smooth execution of learning programs and activities on the LMS platforms and maintains quality & compliance of the program. Format and reconcile data with HRMS, conduct utilization rate analysis Responds to user enquiries related to logging in and signing up for courses Offer clear guidance and solve issues to ensure users have smooth experience.

What you'll do

• Ensure up-to-date training catalogues on the LMS platforms
• Schedule and organise training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs, sending invitations & tracking attendance
• Perform consistency checks & ensure data accuracy of employee training history
• Manage licenses & users; conduct utilization rate analysis, support promotional campaign
• Manage end-to-end service tickets on queries regarding the platform
