Learning & Development Solutions Lead

About the role

The Learning & Development Solutions Lead will be based in India and lead a globally dispersed team, with most direct reports in India and additional team members across Takeda’s learning hubs and other locations. The group will initially sit within the Learning and Talent Management Center of Excellence and Innovation and is expected to transition to People Solutions as the future operating model matures.

What you'll do

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing global Learning & Development Solutions team across India, Cambridge, Zurich, Japan and other locations
• Translate priorities across enterprise talent development, people leader development, employee learning and development, talent and succession
• Lead the design and delivery of artificial intelligence agents, digital tools, Bloom pathways, programs, career and performance resources, assessments
• Establish platform governance covering access, releases, service levels, content standards, quality, accessibility, privacy, security, risk
• Build a global curator community and scalable content operations spanning templates, metadata, publishing, localization, maintenance
