Manager-Assistant Director - Commercial Contracting

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS GCO Enablement team in India, the role will involve working with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level).

What you'll do

• Software License contracts, Hosted software/hosted services agreements; External Data Agreement; IT Services agreements; Software support agreements; SLAs
• Providing business and legal advice and guidance to stakeholders and end users regarding potential issues stemming from new and existing contracts
• Working with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address issues identified
• Communicating progress, challenges, risks and benefits to appropriate management levels and affected user groups and other members of the GCO in the affected…
• Understanding practice and business goals and how they impact the types of products and services procured

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
