Manager - Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Inside Sales to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth through inbound lead conversion and outbound sales. The role involves managing the inside sales pipeline, engaging with prospective merchants, understanding their business requirements, and positioning GoKwik’s solutions to address their needs.

What you'll do

• Inside Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive merchant acquisition and revenue generation through inbound lead conversion and proactive outbound sales activities
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, lead generation platforms
• Sales Performance and Reporting: Track key sales metrics, including lead conversion, pipeline movement, closure rates
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up practices, and sales conversion processes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Account Management, and other relevant teams to improve lead quality, coordinate customer handovers
