Manager(Sales, PEB, Multiple Locations)

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred. 5-15+ years of experience in project sales within construction, engineered products, building materials, or related sectors. Demonstrated success in managing long-cycle B2B sales and complex stakeholder ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Build a high-growth business within the steel construction sector
• Own strategic project sales across infrastructure and industrial projects
• Identify and develop opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, commercial, institutional, and data centre projects
• Build relationships with developers, project owners, architects, consultants, PMCs, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders
• Engage customers at concept, design, and pre-tender stages to influence project specifications and positioning
